The City of Chattanooga Recognized for 311 Certification Achievement Utiliplan's "311 & Government Contact Center Training Institute" is proud to announce that the City of Chattanooga’s 311 has achieved the elite national status of "Certified 311™."
"The overall goal of the Certified Government Contact Center Professional™ program is to provide those managing 311 customer service and customer systems with ongoing education that helps optimize citizen relations," says Cynthia Dabbelt, Certification Program Manager at Utiliplan. "This achievement not only recognizes Chattanooga as one of the 'best of best' in 311, but also demonstrates The City of Chattanooga's dedication to providing their citizens with a superior customer service experience."
A plaque will be presented to Derek Frizzell, 311 Call Center Customer Service Manager on 01/03/2020 to honor the City of Chattanooga for this nationally recognized achievement.
“It is the city’s responsibility to wake up every day and serve the community,” Frizzell said. “I’m proud that our 311 department is one avenue we are able to serve Chattanoogans and the training our team has received will help us continue to better serve this community.”
Individuals are given the opportunity to become a Certified Government Contact Center Professional (CGCCP)™ or Certified 311 Professional (C311P)™ by completing a series of workshops and testing. In addition, individual government call centers can now become a Certified Government Call Center (CGCC)™ or Certified 311™ by meeting a series of stringent certification standards set by both Utiliplan and leaders in the government call center industry.
